  • How to buy Nuts About You product?
    You have to sign up / log in to your account, fill the needed details and you can success purchase our products. After check out, you will receive the order receipt via E-mail / SMS.
  • Where can buy Nuts About You product?
    Currently we only sell our products on this official website. *We will notify you if there are sales on other platforms in the future.
  • Can I make changes to my order once it's been placed? (i.e. Change/add items and Delivery Details)
    At Nuts About You, we strive for speedy deliveries, and quickly lock your order. It means that once you've successfully placed an order, any modifications or changes to the order will no longer be possible. We highly recommend carefully reviewing your cart and shipping details before proceeding to checkout to ensure everything is accurate. In the event that the delivery details you provided are invalid or insufficient, don't worry! Our reliable courier partner will return the parcel(s) to Signature Market. In such cases, you have two options: Refund via store credit: We will refund the amount to your store credit, which you can use for future purchases on our platform. Resend with additional shipping fees: If you still want to receive the items, we can resend the parcel to the correct address, but please note that additional shipping fees will be imposed. We want to make sure you receive your orders in a timely manner, so please ensure that your delivery details are accurate and complete during the checkout process.
  • I want to deliver my items to different addresses. How do I go about it?
    In order to have your items delivered to different addresses/recipients, please place separate orders as each order corresponds to a single delivery address. 1 order = 1 delivery address If you purchase all items under 1 single receipt, our team will diligently pack them into a single box parcel.
  • Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?
    If you decide to cancel your order, we're here to assist you every step of the way! Simply reach out to our dedicated Customer Team with your Order ID as soon as possible. They will provide you with the necessary support and guidance to cancel your order successfully. After your order has been cancelled, we will initiate the refund process. The refunded amount will be credited directly into your account My Wallet, ensuring a seamless and convenient refund experience. Please note that if you have received any rebates or free gifts as part of your original order, those benefits will be withdrawn upon cancellation.
  • How to make payment?

  • Am I able to choose what time my parcel gets delivered?
    Unfortunately, we're unable to schedule deliveries at a specific time or date. Delivery times are influenced by your delivery destination and the courier service’s delivery schedule at your location.
  • How long does it take to process and ship out my order?
    As a general guidelines, our standard delivery takes 1-7 business days. * Business Days are not included Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.
  • How do I know if my order is confirmed?
    Once you've successfully placed your order, you will receive an email containing the details of your order. You will also be able to track your order status via My Orders if your order was made.   • The status show "Delivered", but I haven't receive it?
    We kindly recommend you checking with your surrounding such as family, friends, neighbors, colleagues, parcel box, or security guard. If you've checked but haven't located your parcel, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service. Kindly provide them with your Order ID or Tracking Number, and we will assist you.
  • How much is the shipping fees?

  • Can I apply for a refund?
    Please reach out to our customer services before applying for a return / refund, we will assist you further and guide you the way. Criterial eligible for refund: Did not receive the order Parcel with packing errors (e.g. missing packed / wrongly packed) Received a product with physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered) Received a faulty product (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended) Refunds from returns will only begin processing once we have received the physical return parcel and a quality check is completed to either approve or reject the return requested. Once the processing is completed, the equivalent amount will be credited via My Wallet Returns by courier services: All items will be inspected on return. All returned items shall be sent in their original condition and packaging. We try hard to accept all exchanges and returns request but in the unfortunate events that the item returned is in an unsuitable condition, or outside of the 30 days return policy, we may dispose of it accordingly. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. We reserve the right to refuse any returns requests. We reserve the right to deny refund if the items/goods do not meet our Refund and Return policy guidelines.
